WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As a Supply & Demand Manager, your purpose is to coordinate and manage all demand- and supply-related activities for the International Markets. This involves consolidating and analyzing market demand, facilitating the Commercial Review in the monthly integrated business planning cycle, and ensuring efficient coordination between local distributors and central supply chain functions.

Demand Forecasting and Planning

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends.
• Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Host monthly consensus meetings to align on commercial input, including promotional activities, seasonal factors, and new product launches.
• Prepare and facilitate the Commercial Review as part of the monthly IBP process.

Supply Management

• Ensure timely placement of purchase orders (POs) by distributors, adhering to standard lead times.
• Collaborate with local distributors to maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding shortages and accommodating demand fluctuations.
• Partner with central logistics, planning, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Act as the main contact for local distributors regarding sales orders, deliveries, invoices, and the order-to-cash process.

Data Analytics and Reporting

• Use advanced analytics tools to improve planning accuracy and decision-making.
• Monitor and enhance market-specific KPIs such as sales forecast accuracy, bias, and delivery performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team during local Commercial Reviews.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve supply and demand management processes.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the international market segment.

In this role, you will report to General Manager International Markets, and the position is based at our HQ in Malmö.

What we need you to bring to the table

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management and demand planning—preferably within a global setup. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Additionally, you bring:

• A Master´s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with Anaplan or other advanced planning solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
