How to change your preferences
You can change your preferences anytime in your connected profile so that your alerts are always right.
Here’s how:
1. Log in to your connected profile.
2. Head to Made for You on your dashboard.
3. Click Subscribe to future job updates and set your preferences.
And that’s it. You’re officially in the Oatly job loop.


How to unsubscribe
AKA, take a break (or break up) with our email.
We get it, sometimes you need a little inbox detox. Whether you’re just pressing pause or going for a clean break, you can unsubscribe anytime in two easy ways:
- The quick way: scroll to the bottom of any of our emails and hit the unsubscribe button.
- The scenic route: log into your Connect profile, head to Job subscription in your settings, and toggle it off.
No hard feelings, we’ll be here if you ever want to get back together


How do I remove my data?
Want to disappear from our system? No problem. Here's how to make the request:
1. Tell Us:
You can send a removal request in a few different ways:
- In any email from us – scroll down to the footer and click Remove my data. One click and you’re on your way.
- From our career site – head to the bottom of the page and look for Data & Privacy. Under Remove my data, hit Request.
- From your Connect dashboard – if you’ve connected with us before, log into your profile, head to your settings, and you’ll find the Remove my data option there too.

2. Confirm It's You:
After you've requested your data to be removed, you’ll land on a page where we’ll ask for the email you used when you applied or connected with us.
If our system finds any data linked to that email, you’ll get a follow-up email with the big red (well, maybe not red) button: "Remove my data".
3. Done and Dusted:
Click the button, and you’ll go straight to a confirmation page. We’ll be notified that you’ve requested to be removed, and our team will get to work!
