WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
Here’s the deal: Global Customer Service needs a glow-up. We’re talking digital transformation, smarter processes, and ideas that make people say “why didn’t we do this sooner?” You’ll lead the change, challenge the outdated stuff and make service so smooth it feels like magic. This is how we shape the future!
Here’s the main elements of the role...
Responsible for leading, developing and implementing the digitalization projects and process optimization strategy together with related initiatives.
Lead and influence teams and individuals, to achieve project and change management goals.
Closely collaborate with Supply Chain Solution Architect and Business Tech representatives ensuring digitalization plan is aligned and executed on time in full.
Represent Customer Service in cross-functional forums and collaborate with IT/BT, planning, and other departments.
Drive system implementation and ensure structured onboarding of new tools.
Support and coach super users to build internal expertise.
Document standard workflows, track progress, and escalate issues.
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
Responsible for finance processes and when needed preform SOX controls.

In this role, you will report into Global Customer Service Manager at Oatly and the location for this role is Malmö HQ.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who thrives in dynamic environments and brings solid job-specific experience. You’ll play a key role in projects—sometimes leading, sometimes collaborating, sometimes operating—while driving agile ways of working and implementing smart solutions. If you’re passionate about cross-functional teamwork, leveraging new technologies and applying LEAN principles to create best-in-class customer service operations, we’d love to meet you!
Other key competencies & experiences:
A minimum of 5 years experience working with digitalization & process lead.
Job-specific training regarding digital tools and ERP systems.
Knowledge within Microsoft Office or Similar.
Comfortable working with ERP systems, EDI and AI.
Knowledge within costumer service tools (ticketing, CRM).
Ability to collaborate across functions and lead changes in a complex environment.
Confident and proactive, ready to roll up your sleeves when needed to understand the business.
English is a must.
