WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

The purpose of Solution Architect & Automation Lead is to have a pivotal role and is responsible for driving innovation and shaping the future of cloud-based, low-code applications, and other intelligent automation and productivity solutions including AI. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, business functions, and sites to deliver a world-class Microsoft (MS) Power Platform and CoPilot service in a global environment.

Here’s the main elements of the role...

• Work with technology leadership and strategy, including full ownership and responsibility of the MS Power Platform and associated solutions.
• Lead initiatives aimed at integrating advanced automation technologies and stay current with the latest technology trends.
• Evaluate automation solutions and develop frameworks for automation solutions within Solution Architecture & Framework.
• Manage and maintain development environments, oversee license management for active users, develop reusable components, and provide technical guidance and support for development teams.
• Update architecture/solution details in ADOIT.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across business functions and sites, including leaders, teams, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive MS Power Platform and AI service.
• Establish and oversee governance and administration frameworks for the MS Power Platform and AI.
• Provide expert technical support and act as a trusted advisor to business and technical users.
• Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to empower users.

In this role, you will report into Business Solution & Delivery Director and the location for this role is Malmö HQ. 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

We are looking for someone with at least 10+ years of experience in leading solution architecture and automation initiatives, and have a B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferable qualifications include certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert)

Other key competencies & experiences:

• Extensive experience with MS Power Platform, CoPilot, and Dataverse is a must.
• Developing and implementing automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Managing relationships with managed service partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
