WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of this role as D365 Platform Architect Lead is to be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The D365 Platform Architect Lead will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership in the development and integration of D365 and related technologies. This role will directly influence our technology strategy and the achievement of our business goals.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
- Provide expertise in business planning, roadmaps, feasibility studies, and design workshops. Define and enforce architectural standards while leading projects to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Oversee governance and administration of D365, ensuring SOX compliance, strong internal controls for financial data, and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop integration strategies for D365, ensuring data consistency and resolving performance bottlenecks to optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Columbus, SPS, Fujitsu, BI, integrations) to align solutions and ensure seamless integration. Work closely with the Lead Architect on architectural strategy and actively participate in AEB meetings and networks.
- Engage with the user community, creating and sharing resources to support and guide them. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to empower users.
- Leverage FMCG and manufacturing expertise to design solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of a fast-moving consumer goods company. Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
- Ensure solutions meet or exceed SLAs and performance metrics, monitoring compliance and implementing corrective actions when needed. Maintain up-to-date architecture and solution details in ADOIT to reflect the latest changes.

In this role, you will report into Business Solution & Delivery Director and the location for this role is Malmö HQ.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in architecture and the broader IT industry. You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in documenting and managing domain architecture responsibilities. You also have extensive experience with D365 and related technologies.
You have worked on developing and implementing automation strategies and roadmaps and are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external service providers.
Other key competencies and experience:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
- Experience in the FMCG industry and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
