WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As the leader of Business Solution & Delivery and a member of the Business Technology Leadership team, you will drive and execute the Business Application Technology Strategy and Roadmap. You will shape our digital future by overseeing ERP, EDI, Integration, and Master Data solutions while building a world-class digital development organization.

In this role, you will make strategic decisions based on industry insights and market trends, manage system integrators and vendor performance, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.

As a mentor, you will educate on digital development and agile best practices, support team members, and lead the creation of portfolio-level objectives. You will also build strategic relationships, represent the business externally, and manage the overall budget while ensuring application stability in collaboration with IT Operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong business mindset, capable of driving digital transformation.

Here’s the main elements of the role...

• Implement and drive agile ways of working (e.g., PI planning, Scrum of Scrum, Inspect and Adapt).
• Act as a Product Owner/System Owner for key areas within the domain.
• Facilitate ideation among stakeholders and contribute to the business function’s vision and strategy.
• Align roadmaps with company-wide, long-term strategies, focusing on high-value, strategic areas.
• Manage system integrators and vendors to meet development, support, and maintenance expectations.
• Ensure alignment of requirements and educate the business on digital development.
• Lead the creation of portfolio-level objectives and key results.
• Collaborate with IT operations to ensure application stability and oversee maintenance execution.
• Manage the overall budget, tracking changes due to demand and financial adjustments.

In this role, you will report into Business Technology and IT, and the location for this role is at Malmö HQ.

What you need to bring to the table

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Extensive expertise in ERP, EDI, integration, and master data solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Skilled in budget management, application stability, and driving efficiency, productivity, and automation.

A big plus if you also have experience in:

• A leadership role within a technology-driven organization, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A deep understanding of industry trends, IT management, and technology infrastructure.
• Strategic planning, aligning technology with business goals, and managing vendors and stakeholders.
• Fostering a high-performance culture.
