WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
We are looking for a Food Service Manager to help lead our OOH and food service operations in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding distribution and sales while embodying Oatly’s mission and values. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will create the Oatly experience, strengthen our market presence, and build long-term relationships with key partners in the food service sector.You will work closely with the Commercial Director and collaborate with your counterpart in Northern Spain to drive and execute our food service strategy across Central and Southern Spain. Your focus will be on expanding our reach, increasing sales, and growing brand awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major wholesalers and customers across all segments within the OOH and food service sector.
- Leading the annual business planning process for food service distribution within your region.
- Negotiating with key regional customers to ensure strong partnerships and business growth.
- Setting and evaluating both short- and long-term goals to optimize sales resources in alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Managing budgeting and sales forecasting for your region while contributing to strategic planning.
- Driving the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for someone with at least seven years of experience in the food service sector or a related role within the CPG industry. You have a deep understanding of the Spanish food service landscape and are based in Madrid. Your network includes distributors, organized food chains, and key food service accounts. Experience in the coffee industry, particularly within the food service sector, is a plus but not required. However, what’s essential is your curiosity and drive to uncover new opportunities in the vast Spanish OOH market.

- Advanced negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned region.
