WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
We are looking for a senior Quality & Regulatory Affairs (Q&RA) professional to take a leading role in driving both strategic and operational initiatives across a diverse project portfolio. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner within cross-functional teams, ensuring that quality and regulatory requirements are embedded from the earliest stages and consistently upheld throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You will play a key role in shaping scalable, compliant routes to market by coordinating subject matter experts, strengthening processes, and driving continuous improvements. With a strong mandate, you will also serve as a critical decision-maker, managing risks and ensuring that all activities meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
Lead Q&RA activities across global and local projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements.
Act as Q&FS subject matter expert throughout the full project lifecycle, including risk assessments, criteria definition, and stage-gate deliverables.
Coordinate Q&RA workstreams across product, process, market, and compliance initiatives.
Drive implementation of global PD Flow Q&RA processes where applicable and needed, ensuring compliant and effective execution.
Deliver Q&A deliverables according to the company's Capex project model.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global processes and sub-processes.
Coach and guide teams on Q&RA standards, promoting a risk-based mindset.
Ensure end-to-end Q&RA and food safety compliance across projects and launches.
Lead product risk assessments integrating quality, food safety, and regulatory aspects.
Review and challenge validation strategies and readiness for implementation.
Act as escalation point for complex food safety and regulatory decisions.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across PD, S&T, SQA, Compliance, Supply Chain Commercial teams and internal/external manufacturing sites.
When needed coordinate external consultants in alignment with Global RA and Sustainability leadership.
Support and/or lead additional Quality and Food Safety initiatives aligned with business priorities.
In this role, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization, including the Global Q&RA team, Innovation, Product Development, Technical Product Management, Global Engineering, Science & Technology and internal/external manufacturing sites. You will also partner with Commercial and Creative (ODMC) teams, the Sustainability function and when needed external consultants and legal advisors to ensure alignment, compliance, and successful delivery of Q&RA deliverables in projects.
In this role, you will be expected to travel 4-8 times/year to various locations globally. You will report into Global Director QA Market & Innovation and the location for this role is in Landskrona and/or Malmo.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who have at least 10 years of experience in food quality or regulatory affairs in a global function.
Other key competencies & experiences:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food quality, food safety, regulatory or similar scientific discipline.
Job-specific education and job-specific training is a must.
General knowledge of quality-related topics (e.g. HACCP, auditing, supplier quality assurances, raw material testing etc.)
Proven project management experience and skills.
Good level of knowledge of microbiology requirements, contaminants and allergen management is also preferable.
