WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant at Oatly, you will play a key role in ensuring successful invoice handling, PR/PO process, and outstanding vendor balance. You will also carry out tasks in the closing processes, as well as having responsibility for SOX controls related to the AP process.

Here are the main elements of the role...

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, controls, and best practices

• Hands-on experience with vendor master, three-way match, and invoice workflow/approvals

• Invoice & Vendor management process & record daily vendor invoice activities

• Increase automation in invoice processing and AP processes

• Closing and reconciliation of AP-related accounts in the month-end closing, including analysis of AP-related balance sheet accounts

• Handling intercompany settlements and reconcilliations

• Involvement in internal and external audit processes

• You will be a part of the continuous development and improvement of the processes and routines in your department, as well as in the organization

In this role, you will report to the Global Senior AP Manager and be a part of the E&I and North America AP Team. The location for this role is our beautiful HQ in Malmö.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounting department or similar

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration

• Proficient in financial systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)

• Strong proficiency in English as it's the working language of the role
