WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
In this role, as Incident Lead & CI KPI development Manager, you will be leading global product incident management teams, coordinating investigations and communication for customer complaints, and drive our Q KPI Complaints development.
As Incident Lead, you will lead and guide the Incident management team (IMT) consisting of an Issue Driver (RCA responsible), responsible for Block&Release, Traceability, Subject Matter experts and other stakeholders through risk assessment of the situation and containment of the goods potentially affected. You are also responsible for keeping relevant stakeholders informed. This role therefore requires not only working closely with the IMT, but also with sites, commercial, communications, TPM, Q&RA, fulfilment, and management teams.
As part of the broader Quality Building Block agenda, you will also collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure KPI development in relation to Complaints. You will contribute with expertise and secure robust analytics and effective follow-up of performance in relation to Complaints. Your work helps ensure that Q KPI Complaint insights translate into proactive risk reduction through decision‑making, visibility of trends, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oatly´s portfolio.

In this role, you will report to the Director of QA Innovation & Market. The primary location for this role is at the heart of our operations at our Landskrona site, but you are also welcome to work from our beautiful HQ in Malmö.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We believe you have experience and qualifications from working in the food and beverage industry, with 5+ years of operational experience and a degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering. You bring leadership skills to the table and the ability to remain focused and task-oriented in urgent situations. It is an advantage if you have experience in Advanced Problem Solving. As Incident Lead, you are also expected to keep track of and maintain documentation belonging to every incident.
To further succeed in this role, you demonstrate the following qualities:
Proven skills to lead and guide a team under pressure and drive high profile product incidents to issue resolution
Strong ability to assess and mitigate risks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence without authority and to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time
Drive Lessons Learned sessions connected to closed IMTs and follow-up on outcomes
Continuously improve the product incident process when needed, in close collaboration with Crisis Management process owner
Ability to develop appropriate training material and deliver training related to incident management and KPI analysis. Support with product incident expertise in CMT/RMT training.
Experience in problem‑solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, RCA, or similar, supporting structured analysis and improvement.
A structured, holistic and improvement‑driven mindset
Analytical and statistical capabilities, with experience developing and evaluating KPIs, in particular Complaints, analyzing and giving recommendations on improvement activities
Ability to coordinate investigations and communication for customer complaints
