WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with Oatly’s retail partners, with a main focus on Superunie. You will be the spokesperson for Oatly in the Dutch market, driving sales and ensuring Oatly is recognized as a key partner for long-term business growth.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
Build trustful relationships with major retail clients.
Plan and execute yearly negotiations.
Prepare New Product Development meetings and secure optimal assortment.
Allocate budgets, make forecasts, and support planning and logistics.
Analyze sales data and co-create growth plans with clients.
Manage promo strategy and contract negotiations.
Be accountable for client communication and customer P\&L.

In this role, you will report into Head of Retail Sales NL and the location is Amsterdam, Netherlands.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who have at least three to four years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, and own P&L.
Other key competencies & experiences:
Proven track record of negotiating in Dutch language with NL Retail customers.
Experience in driving your own (Customer) P&L
Analytical mindset and commercial acumenship
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Power BI.
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
