Help us grow Oatly in the Out of Home market! In this role, you’ll hunt for new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and spread the word about plant-based alternatives in the Netherlands

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of this role is to expand Oatly’s presence in the Out of Home (OOH) market in the Netherlands. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and create awareness for plant-based alternatives in the food and beverage scene.
Here are the main elements of the role...
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Amsterdam OOH landscape.
Conduct frequent field visits to stay close to market developments and customer needs.
Build and maintain a strong network within the Horeca and coffee scene.
Map your network in Oatly’s CRM system and manage prospecting activities.
Support Oatly events and brand activations to maximize impact.
Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting Oatly’s values.

In this role, you will report into the Sales Lead OOH, and the location for this role is Amsterdam, Netherlands.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

What you’ll bring to the table:
1–2 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in Out-of-Home, field sales, or FMCG.
A strong connection to Horeca or the food & beverage scene, you know the vibe and feel at home there.
A valid driver’s license.
Extra points if you have:
A track record in lead generation, prospecting, and hitting measurable targets.
Confidence with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media know-how.
Experience in entrepreneurial environments or scale-ups.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
A map under your pillow! A network and/or strong connection to the city of Amsterdam.
