WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Manager to lead the continuous transition of our Accounts Payable function from manual processes to an automated solution. You will have proven ability to build & lead successful teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance to achieve organizational goals. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless implementation and integration of AP automation technology, enhancing efficiency, accuracy and scalability across our finance operations.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
- Driving the end-to-end AP automation transition in close partnership with Finance, IT, Procurement, and vendors.
- Building and leading a high-performing team with clear goals and a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
- Overseeing system configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Providing training and support to staff to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Leading the AP team post-transition with a continued focus on process and system optimization.
- Monitoring post-implementation performance and resolving any operational or system-related issues.
- Documenting new AP processes and developing user-friendly guides and SOPs.

In this role, you will report to the Head of E&I Accounting SSC, and the location for this role is our beautiful HQ office in Malmö.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who have proven experience managing finance system implementations or transitions, preferably in AP automation. We also see that you have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, controls, and best practices.
Other key competencies & experiences:
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.
- Proficient in financial systems and AP automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
