WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate financial control and transparency of all logistics-related operations by delivering management reports. A key component is to identify reporting needs together with management teams and business stakeholders, where digitalization of P&L, BS, CF areas have high priority.
This is a strategic and business-oriented role where your insights directly influence decisions, savings, and long-term initiatives. You’ll work closely with the organization to turn data into action, and your ability to navigate tools like Power BI and ERP systems is not just a bonus, it’s central to how we operate.
Here are the main elements of the role:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining global management, performance reporting, and KPI’s.
- Securing alignment between regional finance and group finance in matters concerning management reporting and presentation.
- Responsible for ensuring a high-quality management reporting process that maintains appropriate detail levels in line with evolving requirements.
- Help business reach objectives by best practice usage and analysis of data.
- Support supply chain projects by providing in-depth financial analysis, helping drive data-driven decisions, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Execute and document SOX controls related to the supply chain.
- Actively propose cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance understanding of supply chain financials.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process for the supply chain.

In this role, you will report to Finance Europe Director and the location for this role is Malmö HQ.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar. We are also looking for someone who’s not just studied the numbers, but knows how to make them work, with tools that help us see the bigger picture (and the tiny details too). Even better if you’ve been using tech and visual analytics to turn data into smart business moves.
Other key competencies & experiences:
- Power BI and ERP system proficiency – these are core tools in our daily work.
- Passionate about understanding and improving the business with an analytic, holistic, and structured approach.
- Passionate about utilizing ERP and BI environments for data-driven decision making.
- 5 years of experience within financial controlling, accounting, or business controlling.
- Experience from working in a finance department in a medium to large-sized company.
- Background from the industrial or food/FMCG sectors is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is a must. You’ll be working with both local and international teams, clear communication is key to success.
