The Role

Our current Head of Finance is stepping into a new role within Oatly (we love a good internal move!). So, now looking for someone just as passionate to take over the reins.

As Head of Finance Benelux you will be the owners of all local finance processes and controls while working closely with the international Europe & International Finance team. In this role you will report directly to the Benelux General Manager with a dotted line to the Finance VP Europe and International. This position has one direct report and is based at our beautiful office in the Jordaan in Amsterdam (where we have the most delicious coffee and drinks).

As a dedicated professional with an interest in sustainability you will support the local commercial team with all kind of analysis like P&L, actual & budgets, business opportunity impact, costs, efficiencies, improvements, margins.

Here are the main elements of the role...

• Managing finance business planning, including budgets, forecasts, reporting, accounting, and long-term plans.
• Developing and maintaining first-class systems and controls in collaboration with HQ accounting and other departments.
• Involvement in networking capital improvements.
• Collaborating on and supporting business cases.
• Optimising the workflow with our outsourced partners (accounting/tax firms).
• Checking and assuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Audit support and process improvement.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

Who You Are

To be successful in this role you have 5 to 10 years of working experience in the FMCG branch, preferable within a global set-up. You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or Business, excellent Excel skills and are fluent in English - writing and speech (Dutch is a plus).
