WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of this role is to lead the ongoing implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our Sales domain. You’ll ensure our systems not only support but elevate our business goals - bringing strategic direction, technical know-how and a sharp eye for value creation.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
- Oversee end-to-end D365 implementations for Sales modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and mentor team members to support successful project execution.
- Ensure quality and compliance through testing, validation, and regular audits, including SOX compliance and collaboration with auditors.
- Provide training and support to end-users, including creating manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
- Build and maintain a super user community to encourage knowledge sharing and support.
- Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply and enhance agile methodologies to improve project delivery and adaptability.
- Possess functional knowledge in Sales Order Processing and Pricing & Discounts

In this role, you will report into Business Solution & Delivery Director and the location for this role is Malmö HQ.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field. We also look for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex problems. With strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit you build trust across teams and drive results. You also bring leadership, structure and a sharp analytical eye - plus the ability to turn technical challenges into real business value.
Other key competencies & experiences:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementations.
- Expertise in modules covering the E2E process of order to cash.
- Experience in training end-users and providing ongoing support.
- Proficiency in configuring ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Understanding of the ecosystem and ownership of solutions that are bolt-on, ISVs, etc.
- Business process mapping and analysing business processes to identify improvements.
- English is a must.
