WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of the D365 Solution Area Lead for Finance is not just being a systems expert - you’re the one making sure our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations setup doesn’t just run, but actually makes a difference. You’ll lead the charge in how we implement, improve and fine-tune our financial systems so they stay in sync with our business goals. With a strategic mindset and a love for smart solutions, you’ll make sure our systems don’t just support the business—they help drive it forward.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of D365 Finance modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope and ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and document tailored D365 solutions that deliver business value.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure project success.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations like SOX, including internal controls and audit collaboration.
- Manage D365 security setup, roles, authorizations and governance processes.
- Provide end-user training and support, including manuals and process documentation.
- Stay current with D365 updates and seek opportunities to enhance systems and services.
- Build and maintain a super user network to support knowledge sharing.
- Partner with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply and evolve agile practices to improve project delivery and adaptability.

In this role, you will report into Business Solution & Delivery Director and the location for this role is Malmö HQ.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business
Administration or a related field. You’re a strong communicator, a sharp problem-solver and a natural collaborator. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for leading and connecting teams, you turn complexity into clarity and ideas into action.
Other key competencies & experiences:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a Functional Lead on D365 Finance & Operations projects.
- Expertise in financial modules and with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Experience in training end-users and providing ongoing support.
- Proficiency in configuring ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Understanding of the ecosystem and ownership of solutions that are bolt-on, ISVs etc.
- Business process mapping and analysing business processes to identify improvements.
- English are a must.
