In short, we are on the hunt for someone with passion for numbers and oats and the reason for that is of course to strengthen our Tax team at Oatly!

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

· Support the implementation of overall tax strategies in collaboration with the Head of Tax.
· Manage and report tax-related activities, ensuring that Oatly satisfies all regulatory and other obligations.
· Manage direct and indirect tax reporting along with closely related financial reporting obligations and SOX controls.
· Evaluate, manage, and implement in-sourcing initiatives for direct and indirect tax areas.
· Act as the link between tax and accounting and manage overlapping tasks effectively while identifying potential improvement opportunities.
· Act as a business partner to other departments and stakeholders.

You will report to the Head of Tax at Oatly. The role can be based in Malmö or Stockholm. The role is a permanent full-time position.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

· An academic degree in finance or law with a specialisation in tax. Professional certification within one or more tax areas is beneficial.
· 10+ years of experience in a similar role at an international company.
· Strong collaboration and project management skills with a drive for results.
· Ability to work independently and proactively, managing stakeholder expectations and prioritising tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
· Attention to detail and strong technical skills with focus on excel. Previous experience with D365 and AARO are beneficial.
