We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Support to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role would suit you who is early in your career and is ready to make their mark and unleash their potential in a growing, (sustainable) brand, picking up and developing a variety of new skills to achieve amazing results as part of a TA team and company focused on driving real change to avert climate catastrophe.

As part of the TA team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial interviews
• Screening CVs
• Contacting references
• Managing applications and communicating with candidates
• Sourcing talented individuals, and ensuring candidates have a memorable experience throughout the recruitment process

Some practical details: The position is available as soon as possible, and we're looking for someone who can commit to at least 12 hours per week during the semester and part of the summer.

We're seeking someone who plans to graduate in 2026 or later, as we envision a long-term commitment to the position.
