Long Term Incentive Plan
If eligible, you'll be enrolled in our Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), earning Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) over the time you work.

5 weeks (+ RTT days according to annual calculation if applicable under your employment clasification)

Insurance
The company will enroll you into the company Health insurance program, which is 100% paid by the company for the employee and its family, and in Death & Disability insurance.

Pension
The company will enrol you into the company pension scheme with a total of 8% contributions of your annual base salary (4% paid by the Employer + 4% paid by the Employee, deducted on payroll).
