Media Lead, Northern Europe
Hello potential future Oatly employee.
It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden nearly 30 years ago and we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oat drink flowing.
Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. Basically, we exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. If you're driven to help us make a positive impact in the world, here's your chance to be a change-maker.
We are looking for a Media Lead for our Northern Europe region, covering Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This role sits within the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) and reports to the Executive Creative Director, Northern Europe.
As Media Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving how we connect with millions of consumers in market, and around the world, in particular through our primary channel: social. You will be expected to lead on the development of innovative, insight-driven media strategies that fuel brand growth and business performance. You’ll work closely in your local market team and collaborate with the ECD’s, Creatives, Brand Leads and more to ensure that our media approach is bold, effective and aligned with our purpose. We have an in-house Media model, so you will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, planning, buying, execution, reporting, optimization, and everything in between. So we are looking for a true Media expert who can think big but also prepared to get hands-on executing media buying in the platforms. You will also be responsible for managing the relationships with other on & offline media partners, working closely with our local Brand Leads to find interesting partnerships and opportunities for the market
The role is based in Malmö, Sweden, although we are open to candidates applying from Stockholm. Full professional proficiency in English is required, and Swedish is a bonus!
