WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

We're looking for a Business Support who will play a key role in enabling our Retail Sales team in Benelux to focus on what they do best – driving growth and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Head of Retail Sales and assist the wider sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Your contribution will ensure that the team can concentrate on deal-making and delivering exceptional results.

Here’s the main elements of the role... 

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team on several internal and external sales processes ao on Albert Heijn, BNL Retail and BNL Out-of Home customers.

• Daily point of contact for our key customers, for example to provide product technical specifications, prices & promotions.

• GS1 data management.

• Optimizing E-com content management.

• Participate in new product & customer launching projects.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

In this role, you will report to Head of Retail within sales, and the location for this role is Amsterdam. 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

We are looking for someone who is proactive and adaptable, ready to take initiative and make things happen. You listen carefully, embrace challenges with confidence, and work efficiently to keep things moving forward. To succeed in this role, you hold an HBO degree and preferably have experience within the FMCG industry. • Excellent planning and organizing skills.

• Pragmatic self-starter, who can work at high speed and at the same time be precise - have an eye for details!

• IT competence within Microsoft programmers.

• Good communication and social skills.

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
