WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO?
Join our team as a Business Developer, Europe Export, and you will play a pivotal role in growing our regional presence.
You will be collaborating closely with the Regional Director based in Malmö, and lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, with a primary focus on Retail, Foodservice, and E-commerce expansion through key account and distributor management.
In this dynamic role, your purpose will be to achieve budgeted targets and drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors. You will identify and negotiate strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives, enhancing brand visibility and market share. As a Business Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping our expansion strategies, ensuring a strong and sustainable presence in the European markets.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies to acquire new clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention in Retail, Foodservice & E-commerce.
- Collaborate with internal (marketing, sales, operations) and external (Distributors) teams for a cohesive approach in addressing Retail, Foodservice, and E-commerce.
- Represent the brand at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
- Forecast and achieve sales targets, contributing significantly to the organization's financial success.
