WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The Logistics Supplier Development Manager EMEA will report to the Director Global Logistics and be the key contributor in developing and driving Oatly’s supplier management program, ensuring Oatly logistics service partners are meeting the requirements as developed.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
- Support the development of a best-in-class logistics and distribution network across the region
- Contribute to the execution of Oatly’s sustainable logistics strategy, turning long-term ambitions into tangible progress
- Lead and optimize the relationship with the logistics suppliers in the EMEA region
- Develop and implement a supplier management program, including relevant scorecards to monitor the performance of the logistics suppliers
- Develop and maintain logistics KPI’s for Oatly Logistics service providers to monitor and improve the performance of our partners
- Build and maintain a robust logistics performance management dashboard and enable continuous improvement through a structured PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach
- Set up and lead strategic & tactical supplier meetings
- Be the escalation point for operational issues related to our logistics service providers
- SOP development & alignment with logistics partners
- Supplier spend analysis and optimisation, including annual cost out initiatives

In this role, you will report to the Global Logistics Director, and the location for this role is Amsterdam, Berlin or Malmö.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in a similar role, including partner and vendor management, as well as a deep understanding of logistics markets and suppliers.
Other key competencies and experiences:
- A proven track record of taking ownership, implementing ideas quickly, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of transportation across Europe.
