How hard can making an Oatly product really be? Well, someone needs to make sure that we’re on top on everything, and that someone happens to be the Technical Product Management team.

Oat-base needs to be able to be manufactured, packaging needs to be safe and sturdy and comply with government requirements (and don’t forget fun!), production needs to be consistent, all whilst being as sustainable and tasty as humanly possible.
