You will be the spokesperson for Oatly in the Norwegian market, embrace and share our Oatly values and ways of working to our Key Accounts and collaboration partners. You will be a part of the Nordic KAM team. This role will be placed in Oslo, but role requires some travelling to customers and our office in Malmo, Sweden.

 Your task will be:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Plan and execute yearly negotiations with customers
  • Prepare NPD meetings with customers and strive towards the best potential assortment at all times
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams including the Nordic Commercial Team, Supply Chain, Finance, Innovation, Quality and Creative
  • Plan and book campaigns in relevant Foodservice magazines, execute fairs such as SMAK, Gress etc and training academies such as Kit academy


You have BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field and at least 3-5 years of work experience within Key Account Management Foodservice Norway. You have previous had responsibility for your own P&L. It is a merit if you have experience from grocery trade in Norway.

To succeed in the role, you are Self-driven and able to work independently. You are communicative and open and responsive to our customer needs. You are improvement driven and have an analytic, holistic and structured approach.

As we act in a truly global setting, your communication skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing. For this role you also need to be fluent in Norwegian.
