THAT´S WHERE YOU COME IN

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting talents to Oatly. You will be a part of the TA team at HQ, but work closely with the different departments at Oatly, where you will actively work with recruitment.

More fun things you will do,

You will lead and drive the whole recruitment process, from initiating a recruitment to hiring, which means that you will:

• Build and develop positive relationships with managers within the departments
• Be an advisor when it comes to recruitments
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in the right channels to attract candidates
• Source candidates
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and assessments tools
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
• Participate in fairs and other initiatives related to candidates
• Contribute to the TA Team, when it comes to continuous improvement

To be able to succeed in the role you need to develop a good understanding of Oatly, the industry, what we do, work culture and environment.

WHO YOU ARE

Besides having a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and being a quick thinker, we believe that you are a person who is eager to solve problems and enjoy a collaborative environment of change.

We hope to see that you check the following boxes:

You have a Master of Science degree in HR/Recuitment and at least 5 years of experience from recruitment, or similar work experience.

It is beneficial if you have worked in an international company.

You are fluent in English, verbal and written. 

You are an outspoken team-player with a positive mindset with a self-propelling drive. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and of course you are passionate about food, health, and people!
