Sales and Trade Marketing Manager, Singapore
Job Summary
This role exists to assist and support the sales team across all business-related matters. This role majorly supports Singapore business, and partially support Singapore business. The key result indicators for this role are completion of tasks by deadline with high quality.
The role mainly divides into 2 parts:
- Sales (Key Account Management)
- Based in Singapore, to increase company sales by generating specific activities for retail and food service clients through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.
- Responsible for managing a group of key accounts from end to end. Develop, maintain, and strengthen excellent business relationship with clients, and to provide professional after-sales service, as well as to expand the client network to explore new business opportunities.
- Explore partnership with different channels to achieve and exceed revenue and company growth objectives in designated areas.
- Plan and execute trade promotion and sales activities to achieve sales target.
- Demand creation and forecast planning with daily communication with Distributors to manage demand forecast and shipment schedule.
Trade Marketing (NPD Project Management)
- Lead the NPD innovation work for Oatly local markets (Hong Kong and Singapore) to explore new business opportunities
- Drive local product innovation & expedite the product development process with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure efficient and profitable management of the product development process including distributor liaison, price negotiation, innovating packaging, cost management, marketing, and logistics.
- Work on qualitative and quantitative research to assess market landscape of plant-based category development and develop consumer insights for NPD innovation
- Aware of significant market trends and perform complex analysis of possible business opportunities
Experience
- Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales and product marketing management expertise in the FMCG industry, in particular F&B, sales & marketing role
- Preferred experience in business development in food service or retail channel
- Excel in distributor management & key account management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication and presentation skill
