Here’s the kind of thing you’d do
The mission of D365 Technical Support Is to provides technical support, to guide the right use of Dynamics Oats ERP applications. To configures systems according to business needs and help manage the day-to-day functioning of the Dynamics Oats ERP solution. D365 Technical Support acts as technical Subject Matter Expert, system administrator for the Dynamics 365FO and support service management. D365 Technical Support is responsible for maintenance of the internal Dynamics 365FO platform and have knowledge in Dynamics 365FO entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, reporting, and security model.
The role reports to VP Infrastructure Operations Manager and will be a part of the Malmö HQ office in a hybrid work-setting. The role Includes some travelling, approximately 15 days per year.

Here’s the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that we’re looking for at Oatly,
- A bachelor’s degree in business or relevant
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within Dynamics 365 technical support
- System savvy within Dynamics D365
- Experience within Azure DevOps
- Experience within Logic apps
- Experience within SQL
- Experience within Application Lifecycle Services
- Experience within Power BI
- Excellent communication skills In English, both verbally and In writing

We also believe that you have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365FO in all technical areas. We also believe that you are a team player who has a willingness to jump in wherever needed, is relentlessly resourceful and a problem solver. - Have experience with Data Warehouse / Data Lake
- Are a Microsoft Certified Application Developer
