We have a few ideas, and oats are a prominent part of our solution. But so are you! Our Dynamics Oats D365 Run Team is growing, just like our sustainability ambitions.  

Here’s the kind of thing you’d do

As a D365 Functional Support you will provide functional support to guide the right use of Dynamics Oats ERP applications. The role will also help to manage the day-to-day functioning of the Dynamics 365FO solution. D365 Functional Support acts as Functional Subject Matter Expert for Dynamics 365FO and support service management. The role is responsible for supporting, of the internal Dynamics 365FO platform and have knowledge in Dynamics 365FO entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, reporting, and security model. So, are you detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base? Keep reading and see if it’s a match for both of us. We hope so!  

The role reports to VP Infrastructure Operations Manager and will be a part of the Malmö HQ office in a hybrid work-setting. The role Includes some travelling, approximately 15 days per year.

Are you the Oatsome person we are looking for? 

Here’s the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that we’re looking for at Oatly, 

• A bachelor’s degree in business or relevant
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience within Dynamics 365 functional support
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365FO in all functional areas.
• Experience In Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication skills In English, both verbally and in writing
• Being a team player

Bonus points if you…

Have experience with logic apps, application lifecycle services and are a Microsoft Certified Dynamics Professional. Also plus if you know Swedish!
