Customer Services Specialist, SEA
Hello potential future Oatly employee, we are looking for a Customer Services Specialist, SEA to join our team. The Supply Chain Director is taking the full responsibilities to lead the Asia Operations team including operations, business, and people management etc. to ensure the supply chain, plant operating in a safe model with high quality in line with Oatly Global standard.
Here are the things we want to hire you to do:
- Handle all export term and transaction to SEA countries.
- Must be familiar with all the shipment requirement for SEA.
- Working closely with clearing agent to handle customs clearance.
- Manage sales order and handle the sales managers from different SEA countries
- Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files.
- Coordinate day to day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities
- Maintains good working relationships and communications with multiple internal stakeholders and (external) partners to facilitate all transactional and operational activities
- Any other adhoc assignment.
Here are the things we think you need :
- Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in FMCG environment
- Preferably knowledge with D365
- Self-starter, independent worker who is both meticulous and adaptable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passionate about people, oat, sustainability, and improvements.
- To be based in Senoko, Singapore.
