OATLY IN THE UK
Oatly are building their first UK factory in Peterborough and it’s expected to be finished in 2023, how Oatsome is that!
And we wouldn’t be Oatly if we didn’t mention sustainability and that it’s at the heart of the planning process. We’re working to ensure the new factory brings value to the people and the planet without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources. We aim to use 100% renewable energy, and decrease its energy consumption, water consumption and waste by 75% each at the factory, by 2029 compared to Oatly’s environmental footprint in 2019.
The new UK factory will continue Oatly’s drive to create a systemic shift in society and the food system towards a plant-based future. That’s better for people and better for the planet too.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
More and more people choose to switch to a plant-based diet for the sake of their health and the planet. We offer you a great opportunity to take an active part in the expansion of a great company with great products.
