The Oatly way
Oatly is a company built on the idea of change. Our mission is to help people upgrade their everyday lives and the health of the planet by making tasteful oat-based food products accessible to a wider audience in a world-class manner. It's why we come to work every day. And because health and sustainability are so close to our heart, we are more than just another food company – we are a lifestyle company.
Our growth is fast - and accelerating. More and more people choose to switch to a plant-based diet for the sake of their health and the planet. That’s why we are looking for a HR Generalist with the goal to ensure a smooth HR operation and to further build an awesome people and culture framework for Oatly Netherlands.
This role is fulltime and based in Vlissingen, where our factory produces the oatbase for our yummy products. However, as our new HR Generalist you will also support our sales and creative team in Amsterdam. You will work closely together with our HR Manager and the fantastic People and Culture colleagues in EMEA.
What will you do?
As HR Generalist you help us make sure Oatly is an incredible place to work. Broad, right? What even makes an incredible place to work? Well, lots of things! This job is a perfect fit for you if you enjoy the exposure to every facet of the employee lifecycle. What's more, you will get the opportunity to support the further build of HR structures and framework for our dynamic and young organization.
So these are the things you will be doing:
Recruitment: leading recruitments and working together with Hiring Managers to attract the next Oat punks, through writing sexy job ads, CV screening, setting up interviews, sourcing great people and making sure candidates have a one-of-a-kind experience when interviewing for Oatly.
Onboarding: managing a great onboarding, make sure all admin is right in Workday, helping people access IT support, doing the welcome presentations.
Operations: renew contracts, write competence profiles, support with salary payruns, managing sick leave cases and working with our communications team to keep our Intranet swanky and informative.
Development: coordinating People Development, planning training and development opportunities for our wider team, organising training days and supporting the HR Manager with longer term People Development initiatives.
