That’s why we are looking for an HR Administrator with the goal to support our people and culture in our Vlissingen factory to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As HR Administrator you help us make sure Oatly is an incredible place to work. Broad, right? What even makes an incredible place to work? Well, lots of things! But here are some ideas of what you’d be working on:
Recruitment: Supporting Hiring Managers with recruiting the next Oat punks, through CV screening, setting up interviews, sourcing great people and making sure candidates have a one-of-a-kind experience when interviewing for Oatly.
Operations: Managing onboarding admin, our HR system Workday, helping people access IT support, renew contracts, support with salary payruns and working with our communications team to keep our Intranet swanky and informative.
Development: Helping us with People Develoment, planning training and development opportunities for our wider team, organising training days and supporting the HR Manager with longer term People Development initiatives.
Employee health and happiness: Maintaining and improving an epic benefits package, organizing social events, making sure our office is extraordinary and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives.
This job will be pretty varied and by no means confined to the above. You will gain exposure to every facet of the employee lifecycle, with opportunities to dip into other departments to support the wider Dutch team.
WHO ARE YOU?
Someone with an authentic and genuine passion for people, which shows itself as high intuition and empathy. You excel in a dynamic and high paced environment and have sufficient labor law knowledge. In an ideal world we would also like you to tick the following boxes:
- A Bachelor degree in HRM, Organisational Psychology or other related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, for example as an HR Support, HR Administrator or recruiment agency Consultant.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English.
- Strong attention to detail. And yes, every job spec says that. But for real, it’s a particularly important trait for someone in this role.
- Allround basic experience and knowlegde within the employee lifecycle like recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, case management etc.
- IT savvy. Experience using Excel and Workday in your professional life and utilising intuitive software would be a bonus.
- Strong can-do mentality and able to navigate in the unknown.
