THAT´S WHERE YOU COME IN
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talents to Food Innovation and Food Science. You will be a part of the TA team, but work closely with the departments, where you will proactively advise the departments in recruitment and be an advisor when it comes to recruitment.
In your work you will also work with continuous improvement.
More fun things you will do
You will lead and drive the whole recruitment process, from initiating a recruitment to hiring, which means that you will:
- Build and develop positive relationships with managers within the departments: Innovation and Food Science
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in the right channels and use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and assessments
- Source & interview candidates
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job, and job offer & relocation package
- Contribute to the TA Team, when it comes to continuous improvement in recruitment
To be able to succeed in the role you need to develop a good understanding of Oatly, the industry, what we do, work culture and environment.
WHO YOU ARE
Besides having a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and being a quick thinker, we believe that you are a person who is eager to solve problems and enjoy a collaborative environment of change and fast growth.
We hope to see that you check the following boxes:
You have a Master of Science degree within food science/technology, biotechnology, or chemical engineering and at least 3 years of experience from product and process development in the food or pharma industry.
It is beneficial if you have worked with recruitment previously.
You are an outspoken team-player with a positive mindset, organized with a self-propelling drive. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and of course you are passionate about food, health, and people!
