Are you a creative swiss army knife who can do all the design things — graphic design, illustration, 2D motion?

THE ROLE 

IMPORTANT: this is a temporary position, starting June 1st 2021, all the way through March 2022.

In a fast-growing company like Oatly, internal communication is key in supporting leaders and co-workers navigating constant change, helping them to quickly feel part of the big Oatly family and supplying them with some of the information they need to deliver the best work of their lives. 

Our brand and values are really important and both need to show up in the same way, whether our communications are internally or externally facing. This is where you come in because we’re looking for a designer to come join the Internal Comms team. If you’re getting a tingly feeling reading this, then applying here would be an excellent start. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

You will be a part of our internal communication team, executing ideas for creative internal communication, across a wide of range of projects, both big and small. 

You will be responsible for designated tasks within execution and production of internal communication initiatives, in collaboration with the internal communication team, other departments at Oatly and external partners. 

You will work closely with the graphic designers and design director in our Oatly Department of Mind Control to ensure alignment with the Oatly visual codes and tone of voice. 

You will be a part of the continuous development and improvement of processes and routines in your department, as well as in the organisation. 

This role reports into the VP of Internal Comms & Culture.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

- At least 3 years of working experience making compelling visual stories rooted in design. 

- A solid foundation of graphic design, enhanced by as many of these other skills as possible: 2D motion design, typography, illustration, film making, editing, photo editing 

- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 

- Experience building presentations in Powerpoint and Keynote  

- The ability to independently complete assignments within deadline 

- The understanding that collaboration with our internal comms team and other departments is crucial, so good communications skills are essential. 

- The ability to work in a structured manner within a very fluid and high-paced environment. 

- A degree in Graphic Design or corresponding relevant education is cool, but we’re also looking for natural talent so don’t let your background hold you back!   

We will need to see your portfolio, so please don’t forget to include a link to your work.
