Here’s what it’s all about. 

In this role you will be an important contributor in developing and executing logistics excellence and performance throughout the EMEA region. You will implement, execute, and assist in defining “best in class” logistics and distribution footprint for existing and new markets.

As a cross-functional role within the logistics department, you will analyze data and take on logistics projects within transportation and warehousing from the tactical and strategical perspective.

The position is placed in Malmö and Landskrona and you will be reporting to the Head of Logistics EMEA.

 Here´s what you will do:

  • Inspire to better business by always challenging standards.
  • Pinpoint the biggest logistic gaps through analytics to guide the team’s decision making.
  • Perform root cause analyse, PDCA cycles and continuous improvement projects to eliminate loss.
  • Be a driving force in KPI evaluation, identify trends and challenge waste.
  • Develop and work with forecasting towards our suppliers.
  • Digitalize and automate forecasts and KPI dashboards within D365, MS Excel and PowerBI.
  • Project manage supply chain projects or sub projects in major implementations.
  • Participate in company projects requiring a logistics perspective.

 

Who do we need?

First and foremost, we need a person that enjoys working together with others in a fast-growing organization. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. We also think it is important to be structured, analytic and process driven to succeed in this role.

 

We hope to see that you check the following boxes:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent within relevant area
  • 5 years of working experience within supply chain analytics and with a proven ability for continuous improvements (within food logistics is a +)
  • Great understanding and experience of logistics performance management and cost drivers
  • Understanding of quality and sustainability requirements in logistics
  • Good knowledge of handling big data sets in MS Office, BI, and ERP systems (PowerBI and D365 is a +)
  • Knowledge of lean six sigma is not a must but great if have
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • International experience, working within a global company or towards global suppliers
