As a Tech Business Partner, you will be the link between Tech and the Finance organizations within Oatly, to drive and support tech-related changes and improvements. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- In close collaboration with our finance organizations drive and support tech-related changes and projects.
- Act as the main point of contact between finance and tech.
- Drive initiatives for the development of business-critical systems within the financial domain such as e g budget, forecasting, consolidation.
- Own the roadmap for applications within domain scope.
WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in the role, you have analytical skills and a creative problem-solving attitude. You are used to working and influencing cross-functionally and you are a great networker. You are improvement-driven and have an analytic, holistic approach. Being organized and working well independently with an ability to achieve in a fast-paced environment and delivering to deadlines, are keys to succeeding in this role. You are passionate about food safety, quality, and sustainability.
We hope to see that you check the following boxes:
- A university degree in tech or equivalent in engineering field/computer sciences
- 5-10 years of work experience within tech
- 5 years of work experience within a manufacturing company
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
and preferably
- Experience from the food and beverage industry
- Understanding and knowledge of the typical components in the financial system's landscape.
- Project Management skills
The position is based in Malmö but can require some traveling to different office locations
