THE ROLE

As Cash Manager, you will participate in the transformation process of the Treasury function. You will support the Head of Treasury with the banking strategy and Treasury policy implementation. Your focus is on daily cash management of the company. Your responsibility is to oversee and manage cash pool and accounts outside of cash pool to secure efficient and effective cash management. This includes managing cash concentration, wires, account funding according to policies, supporting the regions with capital injections, structure and opening bank accounts, managing KYC requests and various other requests from the banks related to the long-term bank debt financing.

You will also:

• Implement cash pool structures applicable for new markets/regions
• Lead and drive the Group liquidity management process with cash flow forecasting and reviews
• Participate and support the Treasury Manager and support the implementation of various Treasury digitalization initiatives and automatization of the Treasury process
• Implement working capital initiatives to drive sustainable profitable growth
• Maintain and manage banking relationships with the core banks cash management advisors

WHO YOU ARE

You have an academic degree in Business Administration or Economics or similar and at least 5 years of experience as a Cash manager or similar role within Finance, Treasury and/or Banking.

You have strong analytical skills, are organized and thorough. To succeed in the role, you are a great communicator, improvement driven and know how to navigate and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Since we work in a global setting you need to be fluent verbal and written in English and Swedish.
