WHAT YOU WILL DO  

As the company is in the centre of a rapid growth phase we are looking for an additional resource within our planning department in the role as a Supply Chain Analyst. Your job will primarily be to work in and around Oatly’s S&OP processes in order to ensure that we´re balancing sales & operations in a way that accommodates a solid foundation for further growth. All this whilst still focusing on sustainability aspects, increased efficiency and overall profitability.

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset that also has as a strong business acumen. Combine this with great problem-solving capabilities, masterful attention to details and some mad excel skills, you might just be THE one we’re looking for! 

In your role you will:

  • Drive & further elaborate the company’s S&OP process alongside colleagues and other key stakeholders within the process within business region EMEA
  • Be responsible for highlighting and presenting risk & opportunities as they occur within the S&OP horizon to ensure that the business confidently is managing the rapid growth from a capacity, cost as well as a sustainability perspective
  • Assist and participate in long-term planning activities on where to invest in new capacities & capabilities based upon demand trajectory inputs submitted through or commercial organization
  • Collaborate with SC process developers architects & the IT crew to further support & evolve Oatly’s digitalization journey
  • Keep track and report as well as further develop the determined KPI´s within the Supply Chain & Ops organization

Together with your skilled colleagues, you will create a World Class Supply Chain! You will be reporting to Head of Planning EMEA and you are based at our HQ in Malmö. 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst that have at least three years of experience in a similar function (preferably in food or FMCG environment) and an exam at Master level.

To be successful in this role we believe you:

  • Have a proven track record of working with/- developing S&OP processes at previous companies. Huge bonus if already worked with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concept
  • Are used to working with different types of ERP & BI-applications (Bonus if already acquainted on working in Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI)
  • Are a self-proclaimed King or Queen MS Excel user
  • Have a problem-solving attitude
  • Has a talent for taking the complex and making it simple through illustrations & storytelling, using data to facilitate decision making throughout the organization all the way up to top-level management
  • Have a background/strong interest in supply chain but also have a good understanding of the FMCG world
  • To generally be an awesome person to hang out with
  • Have the ability to take ownership of your work
  • Aim for structure but at the same time, you have no problem working in a not so structured environment. Oatly is characterized by strong entrepreneurship, fast pace and lack of hierarchy/bureaucracy

You have social competence and enjoy working independently as well as together with others. As a Supply Chain Analyst you are of course excellent at communicating, both verbally and written, in English and Swedish as well.
