Here's the role we are looking to fill: 

We are looking for a Business Insights Market Analyst - a very important position that will be involved in Oatly´s growth in the massively growing German-speaking markets with different segments and products. You will be part of our very ambitious DACH organization and international market insight team that is supporting the General Managers as well as the German and Alps Sales & Leadership team with information and trends.

  • Analysis of market and category data for existing and future business, for both existing and new market/segments/products/customers.
  • Communicate analysis and give actions proposals
  • KPI reporting and development monthly/quarterly
  • Support business cases for new markets and new products
  • Analyze trends and long-term projections in a fast-growing category
  • Structure and organize data to build an accessible and effective knowledge database
  • Support & challenge the sales team with relevant data and scorecards
  • You are reporting directly to the DACH GM´s

Important stakeholders for the position are Oatly´s general managers, the key account managers, the product portfolio team, demand planners, innovation and more.

Who do we need?

Our dream candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to the table - and if we can dream a little more - these experiences are from the FMCG industry.

  • You have experience from managing and analyzing data and from developing a structure around market insights and category analysis.
  • You know your way around Nielsen, IRI, and Euromonitor.
  • You're proactive and you enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment where nothing is impossible.
  • Above this, you are business-oriented, engaged, and have a strong drive and you are good at creating relations and cooperate with others.
  • You're a self-starter who doesn’t need direct supervision to motivate you for success – we believe strongly in building a culture of individual accountability and ownership and need partners that can embrace that mentality.
  • You have got an entrepreneurial spirit in that you’re comfortable with ambiguity, and you're energized by the process of building something lasting from the ground up.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You enjoy sharing your quirkiness and talents with your co-workers.
  • Ideally, you're living in Berlin or nearby. But if not, then you're already looking forward to your regular visits to our Berlin office in order to spend some time with the team.  

This position is placed at Oatly´s DACH headquarter in Berlin.
